Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-20 business days depending on your location, as items ship from our fulfilment partners. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Returns and the 30-day guarantee

If a product isn't right for you or your dog, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Get in touch via our Contact page and we'll walk you through it.

How do I know what size to order?

Check the size chart or measurements listed on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us with your dog's weight and measurements and we'll help you choose.

What are your products made from?

Material details are listed on each individual product page. If you don't see the information you need, or have a specific sensitivity or allergy to check, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.

How do I choose the right product for my dog?

It depends on what your dog struggles with. Dogs who chew, dig, or get restless when bored tend to do well with our enrichment and feeding range (lick mats, snuffle mats, slow feeders, puzzle toys). Dogs who need a calmer place to settle at home often benefit from our beds and mats. Dogs who find car trips stressful are usually better off with our travel range. If you're not sure, tell us a bit about your dog via the Contact page and we'll point you in the right direction.

How do I introduce a new calming or enrichment product to my dog?

Most dogs take to a new bed, mat, or toy fastest when it's introduced gradually and paired with something positive — a treat, a meal, or calm praise — rather than left out cold. Give it a few short sessions before expecting your dog to settle into it fully.

Are your products suitable for puppies?

Many are, but always check the specific product page for age and size guidance, and supervise a puppy with any new bed, mat, or toy the same way you would with any new item in the house.

What if my dog doesn't take to a product?

It happens — every dog is different. If your dog isn't interested in or doesn't get along with a product, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a return.

Do your products treat or cure anxiety?

No. Our products are designed to support comfort, enrichment, mental stimulation, and a calmer environment for your dog — they aren't medical treatments and don't diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If your dog has ongoing or severe anxiety, please speak with your vet.
