We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange.

How it works

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.

Exceptions

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 30-day window, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
